go back to your original model (4 different colors) and make a second identical model of it. make sure the two models are identical by trying to superimpose them; all of the atoms on one should superimpose on atoms of the same color in the other. now switch any two balls on one of the models. are the models still superimposable? are they identical? what is the word for non-identical structures that have the same molecular formula?
