Please help me out putting these sentences in MODERN day sentences. You basically have to change these sentences into modern day language. I'd really appreciate the help. :)
Article II. Each state retains its sovereignty, freedom and independence, and every Power, Jurisdiction and right, which is not by this confederation expressly delegated to the United States, in Congress assembled.
