For the polished draft of this assignment, you will turn in a paragraph in which you write a music review. Follow the paragraph pattern models we looked at in the textbook particularly in Module 1 and Module 4. In your music review, you should make an evaluation, or in other words, you should argue that a certain piece of music or a certain performance of that music is good or bad in some way. It is better to argue that a song is revolutionary or nostalgic or impressive rather than just "good." Also, be sure to let us know what your criteria is for this evaluation and include some proof that the song meets your criteria.
Remember that a paragraph should have one main idea. If you need to add a short paragraph to explain a related topic before or after the paragraph(s) in which you write your music review, that is perfectly acceptable--even encouraged. However, this writing assignment is meant to be no more than a page long.
