Iyke makes an offer to Manu to sell his recently acquired Posh to him via post on the 27th day of July, 2015 and on the following day, 28th day of July, 2015, he changed his mind and posted another letter to Manu that he no longer wants to sell his Posh. Meanwhile, Manu receives Iyke’s offer letter on the 30th day of July, 2015 and posted his acceptance on the 31st day of July, 2015. But on the 3rd day of August, 2015, Manu receives Iyke’s second letter. Iyke receives Manu’s acceptance on the same 3rd day of August. Is there a contract between Iyke and Manu?
