Hello. I have a question I am really confused by a webassign projectile problem.
During a tennis match, a player serves the ball at 26.1 m/s, with the center of the ball leaving the racquet horizontally 2.36 m above the court surface. The net is 12 m away and 0.90 m high....What is the distance between the center of the ball and the top of the net?
I tried to get my answer two different ways but am not sure what I am doing wrong. Thank you so much!
