It can either bog you down and make you feel negative. It can also drive you to get things done and focus your time. After picking 3 emotions or feelings and describing them, I want you to think about these traits and determine if you surround yourselves with people that exhibit those positive traits.
Lastly, think about social media, the things that you watch and follow. Do those things make you feel happy, sad, frustrated, etc.? In the character playbook modules you completed, they were designed to make you start deciding if you are making healthy decisions and building positive relationships. If the answer is no, you need to start thinking about your decisions and making some changes.
