In a large class of introductory Statistics students, the professor has each person toss a coin 16 times and calculate the proportion of heads in their 16 tosses. The students then report the results and the professor plots a histogram of these proportions on the board. What shape would you expect this histogram to have if CLT applies? Where should it be centered if CLT applies? What would its standard deviation be if CLT applies? Explain why we can not use the CLT here (check conditions).
